In short: the Florais site does not store your quote request. Below is the data it receives, what happens to it and how to talk to Florais about it.
What the site receives
The quote form asks for origin, destination, dates, number of passengers, name, phone number and, if you wish, email and a note.
Where the data goes
The site does not store your request. The form builds the message in your browser and opens it in your email program. It only reaches Florais when you send it from there.
If you prefer, you can copy the request text and send it any way you like.
What it is for
To answer your quote request and arrange the flight.
Cookies and access data
The site uses no advertising cookies. The language is the one in the address you open (Portuguese at the root, English under /en), and the site does not set a cookie to remember it.
The servers that deliver the site log technical access data, such as the IP address and the browser type, to keep the site running and secure.
When you use the flight plan, origin, destination, date and passengers travel in the address of the quote page and may show up in those logs. Name, phone number and email are not in the address.
Your rights
Under the LGPD (Brazil's General Data Protection Law), you can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your data by writing to [email protected].
Florais only holds the data you send to it.
